Stentebjerg Antik was founded in 1983 by Søren Stentebjerg. Sadly, Søren passed away in 2020. Today, the company is run by Kathrine, who has been part of the company for many years. Together with her husband and a team of five employees, she continues to develop the company and build on its long history and experience.
The business originally focused on antique pine and mahogany furniture. From the beginning, Stentebjerg Antik operated as a wholesaler, with most of its furniture being exported.
As our customers’ needs developed, so did our collection. Danish design and mid-century furniture from the 1950s and 1960s gradually became the core of our business. Today, we specialise exclusively in Danish design and mid-century furniture from this period.
Today, more than 40 years after the company was founded, we work exclusively with professional customers and retailers worldwide, exporting to markets including Japan, China, the United States, Australia and numerous European countries.
